Love Story

I have this awesome template pack from FranB Designs to work with.  It was hard choosing which of the templates I wanted to use!!  I love them all!  I also needed a kit to use, so I went with Coupledom by Kiki Cole Designs.  It's a fun kit!

Epic

I couldn't figure out what picture I wanted to scrap.  Then one of the word art strips caught my eye - EPIC.  And then it hit me. . . I don't scrap in colors.  I could care less if my son's clothes match the kit.  I scrap for mood. . . does the kit fit the feel or even the theme of the pic. . .?
Well, this one, I did choose certain papers from Midnight Owl Designs' kit pieces, Iconic, because they matched. lol 

And it is. . . E P I C!

Fall Birthday

I LOVE this kit!!  Actually, I love the penguin! LOL  So, I just had to have it!
It's part of the Lovely Colors at WLS.  But I would not be surprised if Birthday Bounty, by Designs by Angel, is combined into an awesome kit!
I made this awesome birthday ecard.  And I gave one, filled out lol, to my Sister-in-Love's Mom for her birthday :)

Chasing Squirrels

I've had these pics for a year and a half and have never had a good kit to scrap them (and they weren't high on my priority since they aren't on my son LOL).  When I had the chance to snag Squirly Wurly by Mayo Designs (at WLS), I knew it was perfect!
The picture is of my cousin's daughter, chasing squirrels at my son's first birthday party.  And yes, it was raining... we live in Washington after all. LOL  :)

Another new kit from WLS.  This time around, I have Thankful from FranB Designs.  I seem to gravitate towards her kits.  Anyway. . . it's a great kit!  And could be used for a wide range of pics.
And I love me some templates. . . so I snagged her Four Play collection (sounds naughty, huh LOL).

It's that time of year. . . for lots of new fall themed kits!  I LOVE the tree in this kit - Midnight Owl Designs' Falling Leaves.  I made it an overlay, toned down the opacity and love the result!
